The Little Yogini’s welcome adults (big kids) and children to join in the practice of yoga to nourish yourself on all levels – mental, emotional, physical and beyond.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are available for one-on-one or small groups, please email me or complete the form below for further details.

My yoga classes combine a mix of asana (postures), pranyama (breathwork) and meditation.

I currently provide private sessions for one-on-one or small groups.

Yoga sessions can be booked in blocks of 10 or as individual sessions. Blocks of 10 are £45 per hour while one off individual sessions are £50 per hour.

Fertility Yoga

The practice of yoga is incredibly beneficial in the area of fertility helping the journey to create new life whether you are trying to conceive with or without assistance. Please contact me for further details.

Yoga Classes for Children

My aim is to inspire children to practice yoga that supports and enhances physical development, cognitive skills and empowers children to deal with their emotions in this increasingly demanding world. Please contact me for further details of individual or small group sessions.

We are looking to start a general class every Monday at Russell School, Chorleywood from Spring Term 2018:

Some important stuff

For class all you need is to bring a yoga mat, yourself and your smile.
If you don’t have a mat I would recommend yogamatters.com – their sticky mats are good and gorgeous colours.
If you don’t have a smile at the beginning of the class that’s fine too – hopefully you will have one by the end.

Wear comfortable clothing – leggings, jogging pants etc. and a hoody or blanket for the relaxation part at the end of class.

If you have any injuries or particular issues with backs or knees, blood pressure, menstrual or hormonal issues or anything please do let me know.

Yoga isn’t competitive or judgemental. Your body will open and strengthen as it is ready and we will all be at different stages, so just be kind to yourself at all times.
